Asphalt Sealcoat and Parking Lot Painting

Due to the weather, the line painting of Cambridge Orange has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Friday, 9/30/16.  That section will need to remain closed until complete.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Windsor Yellow section has been rescheduled to Thursday, Sep. 22, 2016.

The Windsor Yellow Section scheduled for Wed., September 14 has been postponed due to anticipated thunderstorms throughout the day.  We will update again once we receive the rescheduled date.

8/29/16 10:15 AM  Due to the forecasted rain this week, the Hampton Pink section and the Cambridge Orange section have been canceled and will be rescheduled.  We will update the dates once it is rescheduled.  Thank you.

8/24/16 2:30 PM Due to the rain, Driveway Maintenance was unable to complete the Orange Section of Hampton.  They will return tomorrow to complete and Friday to paint the lines . We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please do not enter the parking area until the barricades are removed and the work is complete.   Thank you for your cooperation.  
Driveway Maintenance will begin sealing and repainting the parking lots and roads on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 8:00 AM.  They will be working on all of the roads in Cambridge, Hampton, and Windsor with each community broken into 4 sections.  We have attached  maps of all 3 communities so that you can be aware of when and where the work is occurring in each. To view the maps, click on "maps of all 3 communities" in the previous sentence.
Please review the color coded map and the highlighted areas with corresponding dates.  All vehicles need to be removed from the highlighted area by 8:00 AM the morning the work is to begin.  The sealant needs 24 hours to dry and the following afternoon the layout and paint will be completed and you should be able to return at approximately 3:00 PM.  Any vehicles not moved by 8 AM will be relocated by CommTow and a fee will be charged to the owner of the vehicle.  The Condominium Association is not liable for damage to vehicles or fees associated with towing in the event the vehicles are not removed.
In the event of inclement weather, we may need to adjust the schedule.

Courtesy Patrol Update

Effective June 1st, 2016, the community is patrolled by Metro State Protection Agency, providing the community with extended hours of service and a dedicated bicycle patrol. To request their service, please leave call 727.474.3807 x3 to be transferred to dispatch.
Upcoming Projects

We have exciting projects coming up which include the heating of the Windsor pool, conversion of the Hampton pool to salt water system, upgrade to the access control system and cameras to the amenity centers and asphalt and trip hazard repairs to include resealing and restriping of the entire community. If you rent out your condominium, it is important to ensure we have your tenant lease on file as we will not be able to issue the key fob to the amenity centers without a current lease on file.
New: Parking by Permit Only Lot in Hampton

Effective June 1st, the open parking spaces on Hastings Court in front of building 16 in Hampton Village will be designated as "Parking by Permit Only" between the hours of 6pm to 6am daily. The Board of Directors approved this change to resolve the lack of adequate parking for residents in Hampton building 16, the multilevel building with no direct access parking. Each condo in this building will receive a maximum of two parking permits, assigned to a specific vehicle.
Pet Waste Fine

Due to recent issues concerning pet waste throughout the community, the Board of Directors approved at the March 6th Board Meeting to allow the Association to impose the maximum fine allowed by law in the event of a violation of the governing documents or rules and regulations concerning pets, unless an owner presents evidence to refute the violation or that establishes that a lesser fine should be imposed by the fining committee. This maximum fine for a single pet waste violation currently allowed by law is $100, up to $1000 in the aggregate.
